SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Courier and express shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 48 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can also check your order status through our website at any time.

APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME

STANDARD SHIPPING

You can expect to receive your order via standard shipping within 4-6 business days to major cities, 7-10 days for other destinations and 10-15 days for more remote areas. If you have not received your order after 15 business days please contact us.

We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to ensure safe receipt.

INTERNATIONAL ( OUTSIDE THAILAND) 

We ship by Thai Post through Air Mail. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel, which will calculate automatically after you have selected the country of shipment. After we have done delivering, we will record tracking number in the system, which will forward to your email. You can track the parcel on Thai Post website as follows : http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx?lang=en

The parcel will deliver through Suvarnabhumi Airport (Thai’s airport) to your country’s airport. It will then deliver to your district postal office and ship to your address. It will normally arrive around 14 working days, counting for Monday to Friday. If the shipment delays, we can request for parcel inspection after 14 days from the date of departure.
